I mUst have faith To myself

My first competition for this year is around the corner(Sunday ),
but now i really don't think i m well prepare on it .
due to suddenly change so many step in my 3 dances out of 4.
i need to re-mark the step and practice different stuff.
In past ,
I hv More confident in my JIVE among others dances,
but now i dont think that so.
during practice and drilling time
i feel that i m so so so slow and very heavy in JIve ..
(m I fat dee)
when i back home , i keep on practicing my jive basic step
and i
is true ...
i m slow that before in my jive ..
what is my problem now ????
although i not aim to win any placing in the Penang competition
but i also wish to,
at least can enter till semi - finals .
and the most important things i want is improvement in my dancing skill
but
currently ,
i see none
Anyway , i must believe myself that ..
if i practice more , i sure can do it .
will practice crazy tomorrow .
Must believe myself can do it ..

Been so long i did not join competition for this year 2010..2nd may will be my first competition for this year ..wish to have a good staring point of this year as well.
hmm, actually i really don't think of how able i can win for this competition .
because if i think too much of this it , will make me more stress as well .

So i plan to enjoy the moment when i hits the dance floor >.<
Now i really discover that , if i can win , that is a bonus to me been practice hard on it .haha
those day , i always go to studio to do my last minutes practice with my partner -Aevent
i knwo i m a slow learner , so hope he got patient with him ..hehe
but sometimes i really angry myself that how come i cannot catch up with it ..arhh
and but put an angry face while i practice ..sorry ah Aevent ..i try to change it ..haha
Anyway , i really enjoy the moment i practice and dance in a dance floor ..haha

training My EQ ...

In the semester, i have really learn a lot things.
included , Law , accounting , marketing , relationship with friendship, and manage my time aw well.
BUt the most things i wanna to mention here is . Relationship with friends
Actually , this semester had happen many things in my Business group .
For example : Group assignment .
BUt i found out that actually group assignment is training my EQ
, like how i m talk nicely to my group member when they doing the wrong info for the project.
( i hope i do well that part )
And actually i HATE MIND GUESSING game.......
for example : A whole gang of people planning a small celebrate after the last semester exam , but one of them cannot make it.
Actually toward me , this is really a small matter for me because i cannot make it this time , i will join next time ..that all..
don't need because of this small stuff and got a gap between us.
actually this semster have tough me "looks things dont looks it so general, maybe what u see might not be true '.Looks in the situation don't be too extreme.
because i always remind myself , NO ONE IS PERFECT IN THIS WORLD.
So , no one can do a perfect stuff as well , included every relationship .
i knwo maybe i also did somethings wrong on it .(because i not perfect also )

Finish My last semester of year 1

Just right my exam finish , My idol Charmaine sheh come to Malaysia ..SUper good to me
thanks to yen sin accompany me went to see her at Time square ..(thank ya)
and she really looks good and nice..although she already 30 plus ...

hehe..mom brought this to me ..i like it very much ..thank mom

Shopping days, and my practice time

hmm, from Saturday till now ,
i Just finish one chapter of my law only .
because i keep on shopping with my sister ..(hope tomorrow i can stay at home )
but i really like to buy new cloths recently ..arhh(i gonna bankruptcy soon )
I feel so happy when i purchased a cloths and that feeling is just cannot wait to wear it ..LOL
i just take picture those i brought ( from F-Block, cotton On )and i brought Meiji again ..LOl
that is so so so enjoyable things when i eat that ..LOL
and i really like F-block now ..haha
Anyway , i just cannot wait my Dance practice ,
once i finish my Final ..
i really must start practice dee
because i just cannot wait to dance in the competition dance floor ..LOL

Thai Food

Suppose from Friday onward , i must start study for my finals..
but end up i did not make it ..haha
Once my class end i go for dance club to do somethings and chat almost the day with Uncle William and Hollie .>.<
And at Night i went to a Thai restaurant with My Aunt..
and this restaurant is so so nice ..Name "waterlily "

Beat Brain Drain

Finals exam is coming again ...

THis time everyone must study harder for it (becuase is the last semester for year 1)

(inclduing Business Department sem 3 students and UOL students, and foundation sem 3 students)

note here are some advise if how to reduce and protect your brain function , and it can help u lead a more brain -friendly lifestyle

first we talk about the the Memory Stearlers:

  1. Weight Gain -Fat cells produce harmful chemicals , which appear to couse inflammation through the blood vessels of the entire body , including yr brain ..so stay a healthy lifestyle and eat according ..don't over meals...

  2. Stop Panicking -stress causes a release of an adrenal hormone called cortisol ,which damages the dendrites (the tittle branches which connect to brain nervous ),making them smaller.

  3. Vitamin D deficiency - Sunshine helps your brain produce serotonin and melatonin, which improve mood and sleep .in additional , research involving the university of Cambridge and Michigan ,has now linked low vitamin D levels to dementia and fuzzy thinking .Aim for 10 minutes exposure to sun during the morning to avoid sunburn.

  4. Alcohol and Cigarettes- Avoid it

Now go to Memory savers:
  • Exercise - Staying active in any way .exercise promotes greater elasticity in the synapses of the brain .Aerobic exercises such as walking , cycling , swimming or jogging is particularly good for boosting circulation .(and i choose dance >.<)
  • Slow breathing - slowing yr breathing to 10 or less breaths per minute can help reduce anxiety , improve concentration and lower blood pressure , which in turn improves blood flow to yr brain .
  • Healthy oils- Regularly tucking in to slamon or sashimi may reduce yrs risk of developing dementia later by around 60 percent .therefore , eat more fish ,nuts ,pumpik seeds and walnuts .
